I get asked this kind of question all the time:
“What are the best exercises to fix scoliosis?”
So here’s my answer:
There is no such thing as specific exercises to fix scoliosis (or any other kind of problem).
Yes, of course, you’ll have to do some exercises to fix your issues, and also not just “any” kind of exercises. So the choice of exercise DOES matter.
But, what matters more is your capacity to:
- Understand fundamental PRINCIPLES
- Analyze what’s in front of you.
- Solve problems
I have some students that lack some of those skills I just mentioned. If I don’t teach them how to do this by themselves, any exercise we would do together will be pointless.
On the flip side, if someone has those skills, then I could almost help them figure out their problems with only 1 or 2 exercises.
(there are nuances to this, but you get the idea)
What I’m trying to say here is that if you focus your attention on “exercises”, then you’re missing the whole point.
There isn’t any “magic” exercise that will fix this specific issue you have.
It’s your capacity to THINK and figure things out that will.

I’m hosting a workshop to teach people a repeatable roadmap/process to help them do what I mentioned above specifically:
- Understand fundamental PRINCIPLES
- Analyze what’s in front of you.
- Solve problems
