Depending on your background and experiences, this statement may appear to you as bold, inspiring, a bit “cliché”…
Or even boring, since everyone in the industry seems to be making these types of claims in some way.
However, if you’re someone who’s more of the analytical type, you’ve probably realized at this point that while many claim that they “teach people how to move, live, or train pain-free,”…
Very few are actually doing it.
(Ask anyone who's seen a therapist or worked with a coach if they now know how to fix their problem by themselves, and they'll likely tell you to ask their therapist if you want answers)
So, my mission is simple:
I want to make this statement a reality.
For this to happen, I want to teach people how to observe, analyze, and solve their biomechanical problems themselves.
While being a more complex task, I believe this approach is the only way to help someone solve their problem sustainably.
Therefore, using the Functional Patterns techniques as a foundation, this vision pushed me to develop a methodology and a system to accelerate one's capacity to think better and enhance one's problem-solving skills in the field of movement health: The Mentorship Program.
Instead of focusing on techniques, this program focuses on helping people build a solid methodology for themselves and, if applicable, for their clients as well. Students who fully completed it reported drastic changes in their capacity to identify their problems, understand them, and most importantly… fix them by themselves.

Now, I could endlessly tell you how this program is great, but I’m biased, so please don’t take my word for it and see it for yourself.
