I’ve been trained as a CHEK practitioner & have always been interested in movement modalities, I thought CHEKs system was the best but realized things were missing when I came across FP, which I think is a great movement practice but still think it misses a lot of things & Naudi can be stubborn for anything that’s outside of FP. I’ve been following your work a bit & in ways you seem to merge/get the best of the 2 worlds as you get to the root/why of the body’s issues & imbalances. I’d like to heal my own body & then get back to working with clients & have a unique skill set to really help people heal & improve their performance
On my body my ankles specifically my left ankle has caused me a lot of trouble ever since I sprained it badly in 2019 as it’s never fully healed so it pronates a lot, leading to over internal rotation of my knee & hip plus a hip hike. My left oblique always feel like it’s in this overly stretched tight position, so if I try to train too hard or do too many dynamic movements like playing basketball the pain increases. Im not totally sure but it feels like I have an atlas subluxation leading to a head tilt and slight spinal misalignment
Chek training, PT, FP 10 week online course
Yes, I’m ready
Pacific
Mornings before 10, evenings after 5, anytime on weekends
I’m really looking forward to this opportunity & think it’d be such a blessing to be a part of this mentorship program so I can heal my pain once & for all, gaining a deep understanding of the body, the root causes of imbalances then be able to help others
